Submission Guidelines
General Info
Important dates and general information for your scientific contributions.
1. Language
All abstracts and full papers must be submitted in English.
2. Abstract Submission
2.1 Title
- The title must be written in 14 pt Times New Roman (TNR), bold, and in capital letters.
- The title should contain 10–15 words.
- Capitalize the first letter of each major word except articles and prepositions.
- Scientific names of organisms (e.g., Streptococci, Candida) must be italicized.
2.2 Authors
Provide the first (given) name and last (family/surname) name of each author, followed by their institutional affiliation.
2.3 Abstract Format
- Maximum length: 300 words.
- The title, author names, and affiliations are not included in the word count.
- Use 12 pt Times New Roman.

3. Submission Policies
- Submissions must be original and may include research articles, case reports, or literature reviews.
- Each participant may submit only one abstract as the first author, but may co-author multiple abstracts.
- Authors must not divide a single study into multiple submissions. Such submissions may be consolidated for review.
- Abstracts that have been previously published, presented, or accepted for presentation elsewhere are not permitted.
- Abstracts should not include material that will also be presented in other sessions at the same meeting.
- Violation of these policies may result in sanctions and exclusion from future meetings.
4. Submission Procedure
All abstracts must be submitted through the official online abstract submission system.
Submissions via email, fax, or photocopy will not be accepted.
There will be no abstract revision or replacement period.
Submission Deadline: 24 April 2026
Abstracts will be reviewed exactly as submitted, and modifications after the deadline are not permitted.
5. Scientific Awards
Participants may choose whether to participate in the scientific awards competition in KPPIKG 2026 or AGDC 2026.
6. After Abstract Acceptance
Following acceptance:
- Authors must submit the full paper by the specified deadline 10th June 2026.
- Participants must comply with all committee requirements.
- The presenting author must complete registration to be eligible to present.
- Failure to meet these requirements may result in withdrawal of the presentation.
7. Full Paper Submission
7.1 Reporting Guidelines
Manuscripts should follow internationally recognized reporting standards:

7.2 Manuscript Format
Manuscripts must:
- Use Times New Roman
- Be double-spaced
- Be prepared on A4 paper (297 × 210 mm)
- Margins: Top & Bottom: 2.54 cm (1 inch); Left & Right: 3.17 cm (1.25 inches)
- Length: 10–15 printed pages, including figures, tables, and references.
8. Figures and Tables
- Figures and tables must be included within the manuscript.
- Number them consecutively using Arabic numerals.
- Each must include a clear title and descriptive legend.
- Titles and table contents should be written in 9 pt font.
- All symbols, abbreviations, and measurement units must be explained in the legend.
- All figures and tables must be referenced in the text and be self-explanatory.
9. References
Authors are encouraged to cite journal articles published within the last 10 years. References older than 10 years should not exceed 10% of the reference list.
Comprehensive referencing of recent articles related to the manuscript is compulsory. Please use the American Medical Association (AMA) style. For example:
